Chicken breast (6 oz)
Balsamic red wine reduction
Sweet potato (small) 
- Cottage cheese (1 Tbsp)
Baby carrots (15)

I agree with MOST of these rules, except:

Rule Seven:
Carbs are not bad. Carbs are energy. Complex carbs = sustained energy. Instead of “no carbs after lunch” try to “Minimize starch after lunch”.
Rule Fourteen:
Real is subjective. I know people whom for a “real” breakfast consists of eight strips of bacon and a four egg omelet with white toast and heaps of butter. Instead, try a balanced, yet hearty, breakfast.
Rule Sixteen:
Don’t “banish” anything. You’ll only want it more. Limit high salt foods, and the ones which you do choose to ingest, be selective and choose them with purpose.

Kicking July off right.
Six AM run, followed by a big breakfast of oatmeal with PB&J oatmeal (exactly what it sounds like) and cottage cheese with raspberries. And a pot of coffee …

Now on to cleaning my apartment followed by a 10 hour shift at work.
On no sleep.
